I built this site after being frustrated by trying to find and compare pigments across different brands. I wanted a small fast site that had info on what pigments were used in my paints and, for a given pigment, which paints used it.
I couldn't find anything that fit the bill. Handprint has been around for ages, but hasn't updated in a while and is often overwhelming. Single Pigment Paints was close to what I wanted, but without the filter of being single-pigment only.
Since I couldn't find it, I made my own. Hope you enjoy it! The source code and data are available on GitHub if you're of a hacker mindset. That's also where you can report a problem or request a change by filing an issue.
All the paints currently in the database are Artist Grade.
